Trisel II

The Virgin Islands fastest 40 ft. Day sail boat.

Trisel II is a custom built trimaran. Designed and built by Wayne Randall. Better known as Capt. Rusty.
Capt. Rusty arrived in the Virgin Islands in 1962 as a baby aboard his families ketch. Arriving in St. John from the Mainland on their way to St. Croix.

Growing up in the marina in St. Croix, where his father was the shipwright and yard manager for 16 years. With boating, totally bred in, Capt. Rusty now has over 41 years of local knowledge.
Obtaining his US Coast Guard license at a young age, he enjoys showing visitors all the beautiful sites around the Virgin Islands.

Keeping it to a comfortable 6 person maximum and a feasable 2 person minimum, a beam of 28feet, a huge cockpit that is totally shaded, the comfort level is unsurpassed. Which maintains the intimate personal touch.

Large sun tanning nets, on each side, extending out to a long sleek pontoon, which provides easy access for snorkelers to enter the water on either side of the boat.

Trimaran design lends for smooth fast stable sailing experience.

All trips include open bar and snacks.

Snorkel gear all included, however feel free to bring your own gear.

Specializing in Half Day Snorkel Trips.
(9AM – 12.30PM or 1PM – 4.30PM)

Unique to Trisel II, the only boat that has the ability to do 2 full 45 minute snorkel stops in a half day trip.
Leaving Great Cruz Bay, under sail, on a smooth downwind leg to a private secluded island, where we stop in the calm bay for your 1st snorkel stop. This stop offers diverse underwater ecology, like turtles, sting rays, tarpon and many other species of colorful reef fish.
After a refreshing thirst quencher, sail to the second unspoiled private island. Anchoring in a protected cove for shallow coastal snorkeling is like being inside an aquarium, with many small beautiful species of sea life, swimming all over, making for lifelong memories.
Topping off your experience is a lively, fun and exciting windward sail across Pillsbury Sound. A sailing experience not to forget.

Full day Sail in US waters
(10-00 AM – 4-00 PM) (Minimum 4 people)

Trips can be tailored, however usually 2 snorkel stops and then onto a private secluded cove for a picnic lunch and relax... or a stroll down a beautiful beach. This is the finest day sail in the Virgins!

Around St. John Sails
(10-00 AM – 4.30 AM)

This trip is a progressive sightseeing trip. Including one stop at a beautiful untouched supreme cove for lunch and snorkeling.
Pending good weather

Sunset Sail
(1 1/2 hour sails. Time depends on time of year.)

The best on the island. No motoring, pure sailing, from buoy to buoy.
