Located in White Bay on Jost van Dyke, it has a beautiful swimming beach with beach chairs and loungers spread out to relax in the sun. There is no dock there and hence the name from everyone wading and swimming ashore with wet dollars to buy their drinks.

Very, very popular beach bar and mostly with lots of people hanging out. The Painkiller – a blend of rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut served over ice with a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg – was reportedly born here in the 1970’s.
