The Caves Norman Island

Island: Norman Island
Region: BVI

Located on Norman island, the island carries the name of Treasure Island from the book by Louis Stephenson. There are several documented stories of treasure being buried and found here. There might still be hidden somewhere although no-one has recorded finding anything for many decades. The island is uninhabited except for wild goats. Norman Island has many caves, hidden bays, and wrecks that many tourists still explore hoping to find treasure one day.

There are three caves that are water level at the base of a cliff, it is an ideal snorkel stop. Normally will find a large variety of fish and coral on the cliff walls. The Indians off Norman Island is a great snorkel with it’s deep and shallow waters. Also find an abundance of fish and coral.
