Charter to the Baths – BVI

A day on New Horizons & Breakaway Charters begins on St. John or St. Thomas at 7:15 am where we make our way to the BVI. The friendly Crew will provide a Continental Breakfast of Fresh Homemade Muffins & an assortment of Juices. The first stop will be the Baths. A taxi immediately takes you to the Baths after your arrival on Virgin Gorda. One of the experienced Crew members will take you on a guided tour through The Baths, which is an awesome natural geological phenomenon.

Once you complete the hike through The Baths, you will have lunch at the restaurant overlooking the breathtaking views of The Baths. Next, the crew will take you to a snorkel stop in UNCROWDED waters where you can see hundreds of colorful fish. The captain and crew will serve you with an assortment of fresh fruit as well as an open bar.

Last but not least you will venture to the island of Jost Van Dyke and the Soggy Dollar Bar. You will have the opportunity to relax in the hammocks under the palm trees, go snorkeling, play some fun beach games or even have a chance to order a World Famous “Painkiller” from the bar where the drink was created. All of that before returning to St. John by 4 pm. This excursion to the BVI could very well be one of the highlights of your trip. *Please remember to bring Hats, towels, and sunscreen.

Sunsets in the Caribbean are spectacular. The best way to enjoy the sunset is, of course, from the water, where the view is unobstructed, and a friendly crew is there to see to your every need.

We board at the Sapphire Beach Resort Marina, at 5:00pm. You are greeted, given a brief history of the boat and orientation, along with your first cold drink of the evening and a starter of many complimentary Hors D’oeuvres. Take time to bask in the cool island breeze as you watch the dramatic shoreline being bathed in a pallet of spectacular sunset shades. A great day to end your day in the Virgin Islands.
